b) nome e cognome e titolo professionale del progettista e direttore dei lavori;
c) nome, cognome e qualifica del coordinatore per la progettazione dei lavori di cui all’art. 3 del D. Lgs 494/96;
d) generalità dell’impresa costruttrice o indicazione che i lavori sono eseguiti in economia diretta;
e) nome, cognome e qualifica del responsabile dei lavori di cui all’art. 2 del D. Lgs. 494/1996 qualora designato o dell’assistente;
f) nome, cognome e qualifica del coordinatore per l’esecuzione dei lavori di cui all’art. 13 del D. Lgs 494/96;
g) indicazione del numero e della data della concessione edilizia o dell’autorizzazione.
E inoltre qualsiasi cantiere deve essere recintato ed organizzato con segnalazioni di pericolo e di ingombro diurne (bande bianche e rosse) e notturne (luci rosse), dispositivi rifrangenti ed integrazioni di street lighting, put in place and managed by the manufacturer who is responsible for it when in the presence of trucks and construction materials and the waste can not be deported immediately after their discharge, place of work will be determined by using planks or closed steel panels with a height of at least ml. 2.50 along the sides facing the public spaces, is absolutely prohibited to protect public safety, the delimitation of the area with piles of iron or other material having a height less than ml. 2.50.
since September (then past six months) a total population (students, faculty, staff) is host of a site private school in a building where construction company and school workers living with their hardships.
It is unclear whether the abuse within the building private school population, or the construction company abuse within the school building.
