Giocando un po’ PubMed with I could understand how it works and take away some curiosity, there are very many interesting articles (in fact the database is considered the world's most famous), although some still too tough for us beginners.
The easiest way is to search for information such as search engine, enter the word / and the search box in the "SEARCH" and press "GO". The result, however, is likely to contain hundreds of records in PubMed as the search / terms in each field of each bibliographic citation. For example searching for "Musculoskeletal System" I found 949,942 results .. I have not had the courage to read them all!
But you can do a keyword search by selecting "MeSH Database" in the links bar on the left and enter only the first word "Musculoskeletal" and, after selecting the results that we are concerned, select "Send To" and then "SEARCH WITH BOX AND ". We must then repeat the same with other search words. Finally, press the button "SEARCH PUBMED" I have sent the search on PubMed and the results have been reduced .. 25979 ..
Obviously the more specific the search, the easier it is to reduce the search fields!
